About Dr. Ashley Caldwell
Dr. Ashley Caldwell is a North Carolina native, but has served the Greater Orlando area for the last three years. Graduating from Palmer College of Chiropractic in 2015, she was recognized as an Emerging Leader by Florida Chiropractic Association in 2016. Dr. Ashley has had the privilege of treating patients from all walks of life and has experience caring for: athletes, professional and weekend warriors alike; police officers; expectant mothers; babies; and kids. Her love of learning led her to complete a certification in Webster’s Technique. Later this year, Dr. Caldwell will finish her training through the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association. She is also Rock Tape Fascial Movement Level 1 & 2 and Graston technique certified.
Dr. Ashley has always been fascinated by the body and how it works. She has a strong background in exercise and sport science and biomechanics. Her passion to learn about the human frame led her to understand how effortlessly the nervous system controls every aspect in our bodies.
Outside of chiropractic care, Dr. Ashley has many passions and joys in life, family being the most important. Not only are they her support system, but her strength and motivation. She enjoys being outdoors because of the freedom that it brings and the beauty that is found in nature. She also enjoys traveling the world and working out.
Her philosophy about life is that people are inherently good and that life experiences matter the most. What you make out of your life and how you develop through its ups and downs defines who you are as well as clarifies what you want to accomplish and how hard you are willing to work for those goals. Dr. Caldwell’s life goal is to travel the world, building on her 2014 visit to Fiji, where she shared the power of chiropractic care by educating others on spinal health.
