Prior to Your Visit
Prior to your initial visit, please download the intake paperwork and save it to your computer. You will then be able to fill it out on your computer and email it back to us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If you are unable to complete the form digitally, you are welcome to print the form, complete it by hand, and bring it with you to your appointment.
Intake and Neurological Scans
When you come into our office, you will be greeted with a smiling face and a warm welcome. We are excited that you are entrusting us with your health. We will take time to discuss what’s caused our paths to cross and why you’ve chosen today to get help.
Next, we will perform a detailed orthopedic and neurological evaluation, including nerve scans. Scanning your body with our neurology-based technology will help us pinpoint any problem areas and tell us how your nervous system is functioning and responding to its environment. If nerve interference is part of the cause for your concerns, appropriate therapies will be built into your treatment plan. Rest assured, the technology we use is safe to use on all ages and is safe throughout pregnancy.
This initial appointment will take about 45 minutes. If you have filled out paperwork prior to the appointment, it may be shorter.
Once we have thoroughly reviewed your results and determined our office to be an appropriate fit, we will contact you to schedule a follow-up appointment.
On your second visit, you will sit down with our doctor to discuss:
- The cause of your pain
- How we can help
- How long it will take
- What your investment in your health will be
We may ask questions that you feel are not related to your condition. However, in our experience, it tends to be a fact that problems exist long before they are noticeable to us as individuals. This exploration will give us some insight into the root cause of your pain.
This appointment takes 25-30 minutes.
We respect your time and know you have busy lives to get back to. At your follow up visits, you’ll be here for about 10 to 15 minutes to receive your adjustments. Every 12 visits you will have a progress exam to see how your body is responding, adapting, and changing. If necessary, any adaptations to your program of care will be made at this time.
This is the only body you have; it is paramount that you make your health a priority now so you don’t have to deal with consequences later by not putting it first. Chiropractic care fits nicely into an empowered lifestyle where you take the setbacks you’ve experienced and use them to propel you forward to living your best life.
